Cape Coral Services Group (CCSG) was founded in 2000 by Stephan Pehns and has since combined vacation home rental, property management, and real estate sales under one roof.
In 2007, Daria and Stephan Pehns moved from Berlin to Cape Coral with their son to be closer to the growing business, property owners, and guests.
Daria still values personal, trust-based contact with both owners and guests. After Stephan's passing, she continued the company in his spirit and preserved the values CCSG was built on.
From July 2026, Cape Coral Services Group will be continued by Benjamin Koppel with Cape Manatee Inc. – a new chapter built on decades of experience and trust.

About Benjamin Koppel
Benjamin Koppel is an entrepreneur from Austria and has been self-employed since the age of 18. He runs his own advertising agency and also operates his own vacation home platform. This gives him extensive experience in vacation home rental, online marketing, digital visibility, and strategic marketing.
With the newly founded company Cape Manatee Inc., Benjamin Koppel continues the former Cape Coral Services Group and opens a new chapter. The goal is to preserve CCSG's proven values, personal care, and long-standing experience while further developing the business with modern structures and contemporary marketing strategies.
Through his previous work for vacation home agencies and his expertise in pricing strategies, market analysis, and modern analytics tools, Benjamin Koppel creates optimal conditions for successful, professional, and sustainable rental management.

Stefanie Koppel
Stefanie Koppel works at Cape Manatee as customer service manager, matching our diverse and beautiful vacation homes with the right guests. With extensive back-office experience, she handles email and phone inquiries, manages requests and bookings, and ensures that prospective guests receive fast, friendly, and reliable support.
Her goal is to successfully market our selected properties and rent the vacation homes as effectively as possible. Stefanie places great importance on clear communication, careful organization, and a smooth process – from the first inquiry to the final booking.
Stefanie also has a personal connection to Florida: since 2011, she has spent her vacation there every year and knows the relaxed atmosphere, warm climate, and beautiful beaches from her own experience. As the mother of an almost 8-year-old son and a dog owner, she also understands how important it is to find a vacation home that truly fits guests' needs.
Stefanie says: “It is important to me that our customers feel well cared for from the very beginning. I want to find the right accommodation for every guest and ensure that the entire booking process is straightforward, friendly, and reliable.”
